A couple of years ago someone conpleted one of Ngaio Marsh's unfinished Roderick Alleyn mysteries. One review gushed that the change fron Marsh's writing to the other's was "seamless." Well yeah, because it all read like a draft and none of it felt like a genuine Ngaio Marsh book at all. I read it, and I kind of liked it, but I am not sorry there won't be more.

Also preserve me from the "new Poirot mysteries" approved by the Christie estate. The one I read was just objectively terrible and did NOT feel like Poirot.
