Why don't we switch back to the old system for a week? And THEN vote again.

(Desperate plea for the old system is desperate, but a part of me really does feel like too many people just don't care enough to remember how much better the old system was. Plus, part of me is hoping that techophile will go, "o wait, this is SO much less work" and we'll be shot of this new system for good.)

I really like the new system much more. It's saving me the time of searching through 15+ pages of comments to find threads relevant to the one or two secrets I'm actually interested in, especially since I usually ran across 10+ copies of the same comment: "OMG [fandom x]!!" or "You're so wrong." or something equally generic. So instead of ctrl+f'ing over and over again, I only have to do it on three pages (or fewer, if the secrets I'm interested in are concentrated).

I do agree that the new system feels — and is — less random than the old one, but really... I'd rather have a few concentrated, interesting, on-topic conversations that I can find than multiple, spaced out, interesting, not-always-on-topic conversations. Personal preference, of course. [/$.02]

I love the new system because it does not promote big name commenting and gives everyone a fairer chance because conversations are now centered around the actual secrets instead of the person commenting.

Late for the poll, but I knew everyone would love this new system 'oh so much'. But I still can't understand why *sigh*
