Loved this book as a kid, and the sequels. I read it in grade 5 and then in grade 6 it was the book my teachers chose for a novel study. I remember wondering how they would have us read out the assault. I can't for the life of me remember now. I think they may have just skipped that chapter or told us to read it on our own, instead of reading it out loud for the class.

Julie's Wolf Pack was my favourite of the series, since it was all about the wolves. I didn't care about the human drama. Give me all of the (totally incorrect) wolf pack dynamics!
