Ha, we don't have one anymore. My co-worker that is the longest-working employee there now (I'm the next longest, having started in October of last year - tells you what staff turnover is like) is hoping the Ex. Dir gets fired when everything goes to hell in a handbasket. I don't hold out hope, but it would be great if she DID get fired and our old PM could get the job - she gave a damn, was good at the job, and challenged the Ex.Dir on her shite, like not letting her hold prayer/bible meetings AT THE SHELTER with staff, and crap like that.

Fingers fucking crossed. But this stupid town refuses to admit we need a homeless shelter, because it 'looks bad'. Because people panhandling outside the grocery/Dollar General/Wal-Mart looks *good*.....
