Yeah, totally. And the new people don't get trained because the turnover rates are ridiculous and there is no one to train them.

This was also an issue where I worked. Then I documented everything we were supposed to do, step by step, in written format to help the new people and myself obviously. I was lucky because when things got too difficult because of COVID (obviously there was little money to steal ...) the nasty people jumped ship for a while and the new manager, who acknowledged the issue, refined my notes and shared them and things got better. There was a lot of "DIY" to make things work. I went along with it because I liked the job and pay but yeah, I think that's just how things work in these kinds of jobs unless you have a very engaged local community. It's a worthy challenge.

Best of luck and I hope things get better!!

Thanks so much!
I get people need a paycheck, but can we please be just a TINY bit selfless, sometimes?

Right?? Or rather "can't you be satisfied with an alright pay and an okay job and feel like retributing to less fortunate people in the community instead of accidentally or purposefully taking away from them?".

For some people, apparently the answer is "no"
