Yeah, a couple of fictional characters, zero actual people. Also even my fantasies tended to peter out at "I bet they'd be a fun neighbor" and stuff.

Lol Same. Whenever I got asked who I had a crush on, I'd just answer with whatever celebrity I thought would make a really good friend.

Yeah, same. The closest I got was the way I felt about characters I shipped with other characters, which was a very, very similar feeling to an intense crush, except that instead of being preoccupied by the desire to snog them or date them or whatever, I was preoccupied by the desire for them to snog/date/fuck each other.

Same. I never crushed on any celebrities when I was a teen. There were a number of TV shows/movies that I just could not stop thinking about because I shipped the characters super hard. For me it almost felt like living through the characters and their relationships/experiences.
