Favorite: maybe because the show was one of my first 'big obsessions' when I was a kid, but I love how accents are used in the show 'Allo 'Allo to show they are speaking different languages in the most over-the-top way (its set in WW2 German occupied France where everyone is either speaking in French or German accents. One of the gags is a woman in the French resistance going from a French accent to talking to the British soldiers being hidden in the cafe in a super-cartoony posh Brit voice. Also a British man who is undercover as a French police officer talks in a really bad french accent with fun catchphrases like "I was just pissing by your cafe" - it dumb but I still love it)

As for least favorite - Benedict Cumberbatch's American accent as Dr Strange is driving me up the wall.
