Very little of what you're saying here is true. AO3 is remarkable intuitive and streamlined, for anyone willing to get over their biases and give it literally half a shot.

Its base thinks it can do no wrong and refuses to accept any criticism as having any validity, and that isn't conducive to improvement.

A truly hilarious assertion from a person whose favored archive has been largely stagnant for like a decade plus.
