tbh I went into Obi-Wan knowing NOTHING, so I could ensure I had no expectations that had to be met. the only thing I imagined was that it was going to be a case of "well, there's this 15-20 year gap we know nothing bout, surely there were some rollicking adventures to be had on Tattooine while attempting to keep your identity a secret."

I was not expecting the story we got and frankly, it's not one I would have wanted. having to tie everything to Anakin and the backstory using new characters that were wasted a la Tite Kubo forgetting about the 25 characters he just introduced. It was poorly-paced even for a short-run series, it needed to either be a full 12-26 episodes or one movie, not this in-between bullshit that was obviously padded from a movie-length script.

so now? No. No, unless you're actually bringing me rollicking Tattooine adventues (which I don't want anymore on behalf of the sets and the actors) I just plain don't want it. No amount of interacting with Jawas and having Odd Couple conversations with the ghost of Qui-Gon is worth it.
