Are you unaware of just how popular a lot of Thai BL is? Because it's really popular and has been for years, or do you only gauge how popular something is by how many western fans are talking about something? Because boy do I have news for you about the relative popularity of east Asian BL.

Where does one even find Thai BL in English? Genuine question, because I've never seen or heard of it before and I read a lot of Japanese/Chinese BL.

Well, you can watch a lot of it on IQIY. I watched almost all of KinnPorsche La Forte on dailymotion and dramacool.

If the Viki app is available, you can catch BL shows from Thailand, Japan, Korea etc.
