Aww, I don't know who she is or what she's from but I think that outfit is cute, actually.

Not OP but she's from Genshin Impact. Her personality is very stereotypically anime "chuunibyou" in that most of the time she's putting on a very flamboyant persona and likes to use overblown language interspersed with not-very-well-pronounced German words. She's...kind of an acquired taste.

It seems to be the in thing to complain about Genshin's outfits because of how much skin they often show, I guess. But I quite like them TBH. They're pleasing to look at and straight up bikini stuff is a lot better than bikini armor. We got Kaeya's glorious cleavage out of it all and Childe's Michael Jackson gloves, I can't be mad.

Because of the way the character models look in-game I don't find it egregious on a sexual appeal level. I get that it's there but everything is cartoonish looking (in a good way) and has a very fluffy, bright look to it so it doesn't bother me.

The only one that's ever really bothered me overmuch is Rosaria, really. Her outfit turned me off even trying to play her because I didn't really care for the idea of running around as her and having to watch her ass hanging out of her skirt. More or less.

Of course, I'm more of a husbando than waifu collector anyway. :)

It's not that they show too much skin, it's that someone on the design team has a huge obvious fetish for naked female thighs and it makes a lot of the female outfits very one-note and in some cases really messes with what could be nice designs.
