AYRT

I think the fans have gotten so caught up in it that they're forcing their headcannon onto the show. Pete isn't the only one who sees him, Pete is the only one who sees him AND can meet him there. Pete was the only one who watched Vegas torture without flinching (and was totally into it, methinks). Porsche is def too gentle for that, for all that he kills a lot of people (and gets dommed on the reg by Kinn).

My problem with them was completely the acting. It looked to me like Pete was mostly just being a therapist. I kept thinking during their scenes that I can see why Vegas likes Pete and I can see Vegas being attracted to Pete, but I can't figure out why Pete stays with Vegas. He doesn't act like he's attracted to VEGAS at all (maaaybe attracted to Vegas' violence).

It's kind of ironic that the (legally speaking) non-con between Kinn and Porsche was more gentle, romantic, and heartfelt from both of them than the completely con first time between Pete and Vegas. I couldn't help but feel that Pete wasn't really into the sex part of their relationship; it felt way more non-con than the actual one between K/P.

I think the actors need some more time with the intimacy coordinator.
