Nope, the game was made for international audiences from the start, so talking about Chinese standards doesn't work here.

Asian countries is there main audience. They have Korean, Japanese and Chinese voice acting. Just English for the rest of the world.

To be fair, as part of "the rest of the world" I think many of us play in native language text + Japanese voice acting, and it's basically anime in game version so no one blinks an eye, lol. At least there are local partnerships/events so I wouldn't say they don't try to cater to anywhere besides China and maybe US.
