Well the only other people who have acknowledged his fucked up behavior have been women so far.. so you're probably correct. Dude has also given me unwarranted advice on trying harder on my presentation/appearance to "look more professional" . I keep my hair fairly short because of sensory issues. brushing it is a nightmare.

I'm in a (hellish nightmare) position where I have to stay mostly in one spot but...I do avoid trying to make conversation with him now because I've long since given up on the hopes that we can manage an understanding. I have reported him before for overtly pushing religion on people. and tomorrow I'll grab a notepad to write his comments to me in.
