This. I want movies that are rewatchable. If they are only good for the twist, then once you know the twist the joy of watching is lost.

In my mind, a good twist is like in Empire Strikes Back because while the twist is awesome, the movie is also awesome even without that. So even when you know the twist, you are still happy to watch the movie many more times.
