I only occasionally catch the fringes of this fandom and obliviously obnoxious is a good way to describe it. Like it's cool they're having fun and enjoying having a canon ship, but it's not the first show to ever focus on LGBT characters and the belligerent insistence that it's special in that way rubs my old queer ass the wrong way. Lmao.
