I've only seen S1, but based on S1, kill Homelander, fuck The Deep, marry Butcher.

This is another one where I'm choosing based purely on how likely I think I am to survive. I actually think Butcher is a lot more likely to kill me than The Deep, but The Deep is in with Vought so afaic marrying him would basically be enslaving myself to Vought. *shudder* Whereas if I generally made myself as useless and pitiful as possible, Butcher would probably just want me to fuck off and never contact him again.

Oh wow. I was down to marry Butcher because I felt he was crazy loyal/would always find me if we got married. Like yeah, he's a bit crazy, but only about people he cares about. So if I was someone he cared about, I'm good. I never even considered the being killed option lol.

Based on S1, my impression of him is that he's violet, rage-filled, manipulative, and selfish to a nearly pathological degree. I would say he's a strong believer in 'ends justify the means' but honestly I don't think he gives enough of a shit about collateral damage to feel the need to justify his actions.

If I have to choose between him and Vought, obviously I'll throw in with his side, but I think he's toxic and dangerous to everyone he associates with, and I would much prefer to have nothing to do with him.

But then, I guess I don't really start with the presumption that the one I'm marrying loves me. I start with the presumption that for some reason we're married and now we have to make it work, lol. Have I been playing the game wrong my whole life? Am I meant to be presuming they love me? XD

Lmao I'm starting to think I watch shows with rose colored glasses and perhaps I've been playing the game wrong the whole time!

Like IRL is he the kind of person I'd want to be with? Oh no. He's too wild. And if I'm not mistaken he disappears for months at a time, leaving no notice. That level of inconsistency drives me crazy! He's definitely got anger issues, idk about rage filled, because it seems like he lost his shit after his wife was kidnapped, so I don't think it's something inherent in him (and he's got daddy issues eye roll). That he's selfish and manipulative to get what he wants? Yes. But I also think that if you're in his circle, you already know this about him/it's no surprise, so being manipulated at that point is kinda " we're going to do something stupid despite me staying no? Right?". Again, not someone I'd actually want to be with IRL. All in all, I think that who we see is who he is at his worst. And he's not entirely selffish. I don't know how far you've gotten, but there is a scene where he's doing something for somebody else, despite everything he normally gives into saying NO.

But again, I'm playing the game with the hopes/understanding of who'd make the best husband/who would you mind the least being tied to. I'd hope there'd be love blossoming. Or at least some kind of fondness. I also think he's hot, so that clouds my judgement and produces feelings too (with the hopes of reciprocation lol).

They're all toxic, and my fave is MM, he's the only real one, trying do his friend a favor and make it back home to his family in one piece.
