Better to be alone that with someone who cheats and makes you panic about your weight. Plus, even if you have trouble believing that all men aren't like this, you aren't going to find out either way if you stay with the one you KNOW is. Dump his shitty ass and try a few others before deciding, or just be by yourself for a while.
