I can totally see how it would be painful coming from that experience, but Jimmy has enjoyed being his friends' punching bag for years, it's not exactly a new thing. And considering Joel is playing a villain (or at least villain-adjacent) character this season, his actions are meant to be mean. But if it's affecting you to the point where you can't separate the content creators from the characters, perhaps you need to not watch their videos this season?
