You shouldn't show your dick to your coworkers as a joke, and it's reasonable to get mad at him for doing so. I also think it's kinda unreasonable to treat it as though it's the equivalent of a Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey Hollywood monster situation.

Should it mean that Barrowman never works again? Well, I don't know, it's a serious problem that anyone who hired him should address, but I don't know if it's bad enough to the point where it's impossible for him to make amends.

A good comparison to the situation would probably be Chris Pratt doing the same thing back in the Parks and Rec days

Or Phoebe Waller-Bridge (whom I love, for the record) showing her male co-star her asshole unexpectedly to give him something to react to during a live performance. Though in her case it wasn't just her idea--in fact it seems to have been her other co-star's idea. So then are we blaming her for it, or are we partially blaming her, or are we calling her a second 'victim' in the whole situation?

Personally, unless the guy who got a surprise asshole sighting comes forwards and says he felt harassed, I see no reason to blame anyone for anything, or call anyone a victim--let alone an "abuser."
