FWIW I think queer adult SFF has gotten much, much more prevalent over the last 5-7 years (and the same is true with racial diversity).

Not that there's any moral requirement that you read it or anything, but if it's something you'd be interested in it does exist out there, and there's a lot more of it than there used to be.

Do you know any good listings, sites or place to rec? I hate looking through goodreads where half the time the queer rep is just one hardly-there character.

The Queer SFF lists on Goodreads are intended specifically for books with LGBTQ+ protagonists. (No guarantees that people won't ignore that requirement, but pretty much all the books I recognize follow it.) As with all GR lists, if a book has very few ratings and/or a disproportionate number of votes compared to the ratings, it's probably been voted up by sockpuppets or by fellow GR authors who haven't even read the book.
