My rabbits keep sitting on my vents, so I can't get hot/cool air. :D

...Okay serious answer of the moment: It is a beautiful day and I can't go for a walk or anything - because it was also a beautiful day yesterday so I pushed myself to do all the things I really wanted to do this weekend, overworked myself, and now am dizzy being on my feet for a few minutes. And also I can't think of anything I want to do while lying in bed with feet elevated, except write fic that's almost certainly going to be jossed a week from now.

I may try to take a walk anyway because I hate my body and don't give a crap about being kind to it.

I literally already did write one such fic because three seconds without context in a minute-long trailer pretty much burned itself into my brain and the brains of some of my friends on Friday, hahah. I'm trying to be good though.

And I did just take a walk (and saw a wild bunny! Who ran away from me... then ran back towards me because someone was walking a dog in the other direction and the bun decided I was the safer option :D) and it was absolutely gorgeous... but now I am likely to be stuck in bed for awhile and may not have much else to do except write more knee-jerk reaction "omg what if..." fic. Heh.

Those are the best kind of fics, really - full of energy!

When I saw the first trailer for...Infinity War, I think, there's this brief scene where Tony, Steve, and Wanda (maybe Nat?) are looking at a folder about the Accords. And in it, Steve is wearing a long-sleeved navy t-shirt, I think, and Wanda is wearing a long-sleeved navy or black top. They show Tony tossing this folder down, and then they show hands reaching for it - in a long-sleeved, dark top, with BLACK PAINTED NAILS (not long nails), and then they show Steve's face and I was like FUCK YES, STEVE WEARING NAIL POLISH, STEVE EMBRACING PUNK, FUCK YEAH!!!!

I mean - that's a whole fic right there!!!

(I know it was Wanda taking the folder, but still - the cuts were so quick, it was easy to imagine.....)

Hahahah yes. That is terribly fun when you know they are probably not INTENDING to imply something... and yet, because of fandom-brain, the implication is there. :D

In this case, there is a three second clip of ... sort of a cult favorite character punching a mirror, shattering it, and then staring in rage and... it captured all of our imaginations because he usually doesn't emote at all. And also because, frankly, he looks incredibly hot in that shot. :D

And I have shipped him with another character for ten years so I was like "oh, I know who needs to walk in on this and comfort him!" O:)
