I agree with this secret, including the implied part about this dude's wrongdoing being blown out of proportion.

If the woman he cheated with says she felt coerced, or disputes that it was wholly consensual, then sure, I'll write him off as pure trash. But until there's an accusation that it was something worse than just a very ill-advised affair, the worst I'm going to say about this guy is that he's a selfish dumbass, a bad husband, and a liability as a colleague. But not a monster or a predator or human trash or whatever. Just...kind of sucky.

The shittiest thing about this is that they were ALREADY caught canoodling by the other woman's fiancee and he warned Ned off.

But apparently that wasn't enough and the two of them KEPT HOOKING UP UNTIL THEY GOT CAUGHT AGAIN.

So they ARE trash as far as I'm concerned.

Subordinates can’t always safely say if they felt pressured. That they’re subordinate means there automatically is pressure. It’s why what he did is a firing offence for any and every even halfway decent company. And it’s the kind of thing that in most career fields will end you. It isn’t the extramarital part, it’s the fucking someone who risks losing their job if they refuse you.
