I mean, to be completely fair, it's as much speculation that his wife is offended by/re-victimized by/hating all the shit-talking. For all we know she's drinking it up. I know I would if my husband-- who, if we'll remember, based his entire career around how much he ~loved me~-- got caught cheating on me. To the wolves with ya!

I actually have! It fucking sucked, lol. It didn't get nearly as public, but I was definitely scorned enough in the aftermath that when it got out to our circle of friends and they absolutely raked him across the coals, it felt great. I can only imagine I would have been gleeful had it spread out beyond and total strangers were ripping his head off over it, lol.

But then, I am admittedly a bit petty. I'm not saying for sure she is too, maybe she's mortified, but my point was that we can't have any way of knowing, and my theory's as good as yours.

I might feel this way. Oh yes, everyone talk about how *awful* and *faithless* my husband is while I remain so *moral* and *refined* and *above it all*. That's the fucking dream! Everyone knows I was wronged and the offender is roundly pilloried and I am not blamed in any way!

Idk, I'm super petty and I have no reason to think this lady is too. But I side eye any attempt to speak for her.
