I don't think it's good for your mental state to be that dependant. What if, for instance, he starts eating food you don't like or are allergic too? What if he changes his curtains? Are you going to buy new ones? I don't believe what you're doing is creepy if you keep at that, but I'm not sure it's healthy in the long run.

OP liking the fact that their life has some innocuous things in common with their crush is not a big ol' red flag about their mental state. Maybe switch to decaf?

Agreed. Like, when magazines ask celebs about their favorite products, what do some of the people ITT think they're doing it for? Because the answer is: so that people who are fans of that celeb will be inspired to buy the same products their fave uses. It's a very normal and longstanding thing that people are known to do. And if OP does find their life unfulfilling and is in search of some kind of emotional panacea? It's 2022; I hardly know anyone that statement doesn't apply to.
