I get it. I'd been avoiding replaying a lot of games I love, because while the adventure is fun and the characters and story are great, there is so much depressing shit!

I haven't played the sequel yet and I don't know if it's solarpunk (more like aquapunk???), but Submerged is really good! It's largely exploratory and narrative (no fight controls at all), but it has a great hopeful vibe to it.

Honestly, I've been replaying Kirby and the Forgotten Land a lot for this reason, it's very cozy.
