I get it. I'd been avoiding replaying a lot of games I love, because while the adventure is fun and the characters and story are great, there is so much depressing shit!

Not entirely sure what this secret means, but... I think Davies' Who is good, but I also think it is overrated. It isn't perfect, it has issues. And it isn't miles better than the other Who eras. Personally Moffatt's era is my fave. But I think all three Modern Who eras are good in their own way.

I've joked that I'm lucky I don't "light up the room when I walk in" because those suckers drop like flies.

But I get it too, thinking about how you're seen by strangers is upsetting. I can't stand looking at pictures of myself for a few months after the photo was taken.

Me too - I've always related to (most of) his work a lot. He operates very much from a dark dream consciousness, but is also extremely funny. I outright love him, and had a huge crush on him when I was in my 20s. (Also, hot choice of pic, and I love the dark spooky red tones on it.)

Pretty engaging, but weird. Jake Busey was really well cast, though Michael J. Fox threw me for a loop (partly because of the marketing). Beautiful Creatures was a pretty good movie, too.

Honestly think one of the biggest problems with Oceans 8 is simply not being directed by Soderbergh. And there's not a lot you can really do to fix that. Almost no directors are as good as Soderbergh.

Stray cat anon from the other day

Progress like whoa! Hes sitting in our laps, dozing, purring, and he likes our dog, or at least he approaches her. They nose-booped when I let my dog out to sniff him, she still isn't sure about him but things are improving every time! We will continue taking it easy and will be getting him used to a cat carrier so we can get him to the vet.
