Not entirely sure what this secret means, but... I think Davies' Who is good, but I also think it is overrated. It isn't perfect, it has issues. And it isn't miles better than the other Who eras. Personally Moffatt's era is my fave. But I think all three Modern Who eras are good in their own way.

So is hating on him? I see way more RTD hate than I see love. To a degree that annoys me, and I don't even have any strong feelings about him one way or another. Just the haters can get way out of hand.

Some parts of twitter hate RTD with a passion. People got way mad when he criticized Disney's pathetic lack of LGBT+ representation, for example.

Some people sure do, sure. But I assume this is worded ambiguously on purpose, as wank bait or to see what people will project.

I know it's probably (definitely) bait but secrets like this and the comments always make me feel weird for disliking (hate is a strong word) some of his common traits as a writer, especially for Doctor Who, but also enjoying a lot of what he does too. I don't feel passionately one way or the other, I just...am.

Guess I'm a boring RTD centrist.

And away from Doctor Who I will say I'm glad he gained enough success through doing things like that and it meant he eventually got to send It's A Sin into the world.
