I'm from the UK who grew up in the 90s so fun cartoons like Charlie Chalk, Superted, Fantastic Max, Family-Ness, Penny Crayon, The Raggy Dolls, Boris the Spider, and The World of Peter Rabbit and Friends (this last one I'm reccing because I still love the pencil animation in this one).

Also old school Sesame Street.

Also also Bear in the Big Blue House! (I remember watching it as a teenager while I was getting ready to go to school, it was cute and fun)

I know the Who song of course but there was a Boris the Spider cartoon?!

Sorry I think I misremembered it. I was going crazy trying to look it up on youtube until I wrote Spider cartoon and found it, discovering its just called Spider.
I don't know why I thought it was called Boris the Spider, I even remember calling it Boris the Spider as a kid.

I also grew up in the '90's but in Australia where majority of our kids programs came from the UK anyway. This list just brought back my childhood. Funny how something so simple can bring back such strong emotions. Thank you.
