I mean, everything to do with Starker is distinctly not canon for, uh, obvious reasons. But specifically? Peter has a huge praise kink. He also comes at the drop of a hat, but is highly multi-orgasmic. It's not entirely unfounded, since by his own description his senses are dialed up to eleven, and it isn't unreasonable to assume touch is included in that. But it's definitely jumping to some very convenient conclusions! Also, the "internship" ended up being semi-real, in that Peter would often hang out with Tony in the lab and work on stuff. This is such consistent Starker fanon that I almost forget it's not canon.

IIRC the Sherlock fandom had a few kind of cracky bits of fanon. John loved jam (Thank you, Kate Beaton), Anderson loved Dinosaurs for some reason, and I think maybe Mycroft loved Mary Poppins?? Then there was the whole BAMF!John thing, which was kind of canon, insofar as John delivered a kill-shot across a great distance, through two windows, with zero time to hesitate or prepare, in order to save Sherlock's life. But then the writers basically just...decided not to follow up on that whole bit of characterization at all. Like he literally never did anything remotely that BAMFy again. So BAFM!John did have a basis in canon, but it simultaneously felt very divorced from canon. Which was too bad, IMO, because BAMF!John was awesome and made the dynamic between him and Sherlock about a hundred times more interesting. :/
