I used to post to a monsterfucker community that hated, hated, hated furries. I ditched when the Holocaust jokes started.

Personally I'm a monsterfucker who has no problem with furries, but I can't speak to the communities as a whole.

I think the group I stumbled into was some kind of trad thing. They liked the idea of monster girls as pure, wholesome waifus, and I got the impression they were bitter towards real women. I’ve gotten much better vibes from, say, the people who want spider monsters to eggpreg them.

Some monsterfucker groups have more of live and let live attitude. They don't want their group overrun with all furry art all the time but they realize there is some overlap and they're OK with that. The one you were in sounds scary.
