Cause I have one.

A fandom blogger I follow started posting a lot of non-fandom stuff. And some of their opinions and beliefs are, well, I'm not a fan. But I don't want to unfollow because they still post good fandom stuff sometimes. Why couldn't they have started a separate blog? Sigh.

A fandom... blogger? In this day and age?

Agh, I've had this happen too and it's really annoying.

Migraines suck. It sucks that there is such a small window to get the medicine taken before I have to deal with a multi-day, debilitating headache. Had to take a half day at work. Basically slept all afternoon. Headache is still here, so I'm holed up in my room with the light off and ear plugs in.

I just want this headache to go away.

On the down side, eliminating each of the, oh, five substances I have left that I can occasionally consume has not gotten rid of the sudden and overpowering hot flashes and sweating that have been going on for a few weeks now. They seemed to be a little less frequent and severe while I was at Youmacon and I thought maybe it was because I was eating/drinking less of something, but maybe it's just that I was eating/drinking less and eating/drinking anything at all is what's causing it.

On the plus side, I guess this means I can still have coffee, which I'd thought was the most likely culprit.

*sighs and opens the windows to let in the 33 degree wind* :/

don't wanna assume anything about age and gender but, uh, menopause?

seconding this. Not sure why but, anedoctally, some have hot flashes and menopause symptoms way before menopause so... maybe check that out.

Seems like I should be too young, but also my health issues have screwed with the cycle for the last ten years (not to mention the same health crap was going on for the entirety of adolescence) so it's possible.

I was just hoping I might be able to eliminate some possibilities and there would be an easy fix. :P

I'm too tired right now to go on a long rant, just that men ain't shit and I wish I could have my own place so I can be in peace for once.

I don't know if my depression is making me make poor choices or the right ones.

I am tired that all my vents here are taken in a bad faith.
I would say "I dislike mushrooms. I wish to see different vegan options" and there would be comment "you hate mushrooms!! and vegans!!! you bigot". Are we on twitter or something?

Also I do dislike mushrooms and would like more options without them...

I hear this. I think we've all had times where we were saying something we perceived to be genuinely harmless and innocuous and yet someone or multiple someones assumed the worst and jumped all over us about it. And most of us have probably also been the person having the knee-jerk negative reaction a time or two, as well.

I do think today is a bad day to make this particular argument, though, given how egregiously inflammatory Secret 6's phrasing was.

I don’t like being snapped at, especially when I’m sick with covid and my birthday was yesterday and I had a fucking lousy day because of it so now I’m just miserable as fuck, are you happy?

I have a part time main job +freelance projects. I am really low-energy so I am almost ok with having less than ideal money. And of course lately my freelance people decided they are fucking main characters every single one of them. I know it's on me, I needed to enforce more strict rules and time tables, but it haven't been a problem for years. Also I had an awful burnout before because I had a job there I had to fight for people respecting my time every single day. I guess it is time to overcome this fear, but I am so so tired and my hand hurts (I am a designer so my wrist is killed)

- Big headache
- Going through the hassle of anonimizing all my online presence thanks to cyberstalking
- Did the group work alone again, because no one else volunteered

Bing has a couple of really useful features for my work. I'm so mad.

I'm tired of doing IT's job. As it is, I'm running out of words to explain that the back end systems are sending over incorrect information and the IT team (not me) has the correct resources to fix the issue. Ergh.
