If going to therapy/ a realisation in therapy is essential to the character's arc, I'm okay with some therapy content. There are some characters after all that I don't believe can sort out their issues without therapy, and I appreciate that being acknowledged (Bakugo from My Hero Academia comes to mind).

But a fic focusing majorly on a character going to therapy then acting out their lessons learned? No thank you, I can't think of anything more boring
