I think they meant you might not enjoy it as much if you were to watch it for the first time at 40, not that you can’t still enjoy it at 40 if you already liked it before. But maybe you did see it recently for the first time and still liked it, and I’m misunderstanding.

OK, I thought it was being implied that non thought you were "supposed" to grow out of Rocky Horror, which I don't agree with.
