Did I say anything in my comment that implied they did? I shared my experience and a reminder to everyone that just because you cringe as a first response it doesn't mean you want everyone to stop having their fun. I agree with the general statement that you shouldn't kill the cringe, but the part of you that cringes. Reminding yourself that your first response isn't your fault is reminding yourself that you're not a bad person for your instinctive response.
