I just finished watching Home Alone for the first time since I was a kid (the 90's). It's so much better than I was expecting it to be?! Like, basically my only complaint is that I wish the booby trap stuff was about 20% less cartoonish, and that a couple of the booby traps were about 50% less probably-fatal-actually. But I kind of loved literally everything else about it, and I'm a bit shook. I was expecting it to be so much dumber and less well-written than it actually was.
