My sometimes-headcanon for this ad is that they're not really siblings, they're a couple who like roleplaying as siblings. That's why the woman has to tell the man she's his "sister" when they see each other, so he can know "Oh, you want to do the incest thing now."

But them being actual siblings is also funny. I'm happy to see new people discovering the Folgers Incest Commercial for the first time!
