The OP judges those who find that guy acceptable not because she feels the act of judging itself is objectionable, but because of the criteria upon which he bases his judgements. His criteria (presumably race/gender/orientation or something) are completely different from her criteria (supporting a bigot). So no, the two aren't interchangable. There's no hypocrisy there. Your excluded middle is letting you right down.
I have no horse in this race. I don't even know who that guy in the picture is. But your zing is just sleight of hand and faulty logic, and this is F!S where no nit may be left unpicked.
