LOL, I feel that. My little brother loved this movie, but he couldn't bear to watch the part with the moving armor/ghost knights and had to cover his eyes until it was over.

I like the movie, but it doesn't meet the horror threshold for me. However, there is an intentional spookiness to it, so I can see where it might tip over into horror territory for some. The animated The Hobbit creeped me the hell out when I saw it as a kid.
