From what I can tell, not liking Wednesday makes you a *good* Addams fan, from what I've heard it's a perfectly fine original show but not very Addams.

Also, the Addamses would like you to know that they like bad fans, what are you worrying about being good for? Good is for non-Addamses.

The specific character of Wednesday is well done IMO (helped by the fact that Jenna Ortega is really good in the role). But other than that, yeah.

The series is best understood IMO as "what if Wednesday Addams showed up in a standard Netflix supernatural teen drama"

I'm a giant Addams fan and I wasn't impressed with that Wednesday show for the most part. Shame. It could have been really good.
