Wasnt Andi trying to split the company so that Miles wouldn’t have the resources to go ahead with Klear? That sounds like a bit more than just saving her own skin, even if walking away with half of the wealth wouldn't have been an exceptionally brave thing to do.

andi clearly thinks she owns half the company, in order to avoid responsibility she would literally have to dissolve it or miles would have to buy out her half, which is effectively the same thing.
