I tend to feel two feelings and then feel bad that I'm such an indecisive person
1) Oh yay! I love to see people find someone to share their love with!
and
2) Oh no! Another sign that society is forcing the "one true love/soulmates = romantic love" BS onto us!

I'm aroace so I know that not all of us are looking for that special someone, but because of a lot of reasons, I tend to like to see "happy endings" and so the feeling of "they found their someone" is a quick rush of joy for others. But then at the same time, selfish parts of me is like, "Right, we're not ~elevated~ as functioning members of society unless we're romantically partnered up."
