I think what you do with the information you are privy to is up to you and your ethical system. Whoever has a Patreon, however, should not EXPECT any information disclosed to remain private, given the nature of humanity to sometimes be absolute assholes.

For me personally, I would consider telling my wife to still hold confidentiality. She wouldn't care enough to tell anyone. XD
