Omg.
Emma Bull - War For the Oaks immediately springs to mind.
So many books like that, I loved them!

OH, also, Gossamer Axe by Gael Baudino (f/f, ftw!), the Borderlands books, Tam Lin by Pamela Dean...a ton of 'buskers at the Ren Faire are actually fey' stories....

I need to reread like...all of these. :D
