I'd be shocked if an episode like that got made today, but in the late 90s and early 2000s they seemed fine. People who identify as feminists now (including myself, and at least one creator of a show you mentioned -- Powerpuff Girls' Craig McCracken) were not likely to be immune to the belief that feminism meant female supremacy and man-hating and wanting gender equality was different from feminism. Basically what we now call radfems were what feminists used to be known as.
