But orange juice is super bad if you have undiagnosed diabetes. It is too high in even natural sugars.

Do it the German way and make a Schorle - juice mixed with sparkling water, ratio to taste but usually somewhere around 50/50. Use tap water if you don't like sparkling water.

Great way to cut down the amount of sugar versus liquid and is an amazing alternative if you dislike soda.
