Stop policing people what they have to identify as. That's just invasive and shitty. You have no right whatsoever to tell OP what they are or are not.

nayrt, but this response seems like an overreaction. Sure, it's not great for someone to define what someone else's gender identity is, but it seems to me they were piecing it together from OP's secret. It may or may not have hit the mark, but there was no malice involved.

Also, please stop misusing "invasive," because it may not apply in this particular situation.

It is invasive though. Telling someone they totally ARE trans, whether they identify as such or not is skeevy as fuck and frankly none of your fucking business.

You seem determined to not understand my point, but that's fine.

(Anonymous) 2023-02-04 09:55 pm (UTC)(link)
Your point being you are telling OP they are trans (which you don't know and have no right to have an opinion on, let alone any judgement over) and even tell them they are transmasc (just your assumption again, likely bullshit). And that's invasive as fuck.

It doesn't matter whether it was malicious or not. That doesn't signify. You can have the best will in the world and it's still absolutely wrong to do something like that. Going around telling people "YOU ARE TRANS" is not a correct thing to do, that's not a judgment you can make on someone else's behalf and it's categorically wrong to try to do so.

I never said it was correct to do.
