Grey's Anatomy
Not just the famous "huge ham" monologue speeches that show up at least once per episode, either to be FLAILING AND ROMANTIC or GIVING US THE POLITICAL ISSUE OF THE EPISODE, but also the occasional line of totally unintentional hilarity - for example, how nobody in production realized that having an actress in full close-up tearfully say to the camera "I really, really hope this is her bottom" would just result in giggles rather than serious thoughts about addiction is beyond me.
