With Meta absolutely hemorrhaging both users and employees, it makes sense it's getting rickety. Then again I can't remember a time when Instagram wasn't rickety in some way. I keep trying to follow this one account but it keeps giving me those "we restricted your action to keep the community safe :)" messages.

Well, I finally managed to create the account, but when I went to do what I wanted it for (to message someone I don't know how to reach any other way), it said "This account can't receive your..." so I guess it was a bust. Thanks anyway guys.
