Do you think that there are any circumstances where it's reasonable to ask questions about someone's Twitter likes? Because I can definitely think of a lot of circumstances where I think it's reasonable to do that.

Maybe liking a Rowling tweet doesn't qualify as one of those times where it's reasonable to ask questions about it. I kinda think it does though. And it's not like it was a random meaningless tweet about book promotion or something unrelated to JKR's political views, it was a tweet from the middle of an argument about them.

the secret is about being so heartbroken that they'll stop following actors. Because he clicked on/liked/saved a tweet. I think we're officially blowing things out of proportion. Thank God tumblr likes can be set to private this shit is *exhausting*.

I agree that OP's reaction is OTT!

I just think it's reasonable to say "hey, what's up with this" about liking a tweet like that.
